- The building site in Hindmarsh on the Adam Street which is in the suburban area of the site.
Building the house there is easy access to the city with.
This design is intended to work housing
three sisters, according to the following conditions:
- The value of the land purchase is: $
350,000.
- The cost of the house: 150000 $, This
means that I can build a house area of 100 m2.
I designed the house to be space on the
ground floor: 60 m2 and the space on the second floor of 40 m 2. Also I tried
to take advantage of the outer wall of the old building enter in the new
design. To underestimate the cost of construction.
- This house consists of two floors:
1- Ground floor there is a living room that
accesses to kitchen
, bathroom and
bedroom also to the second floor.
2- Second floor consists of: two
bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Floor area is 40 m 2.
- The Materials used in the construction
of the house are concrete in ceilings
and concrete bricks and wood in the walls.
There back yard of the house for a
barbecue and entertainment times.
